Our mission at Hope B~Lit is an integrated approach to education
which brings forth the inherent human values for promoting academic excellence
and enabling them to be good citizens in the real, dynamic world.
OUR STORY
Hope B-Lit was founded in 2008 in Los Angeles, CA with the aim of promoting academic excellence and improving the quality of life in the students through values-based education. Our organization is completely driven by volunteers made up of young working professionals and students. For the past 5 years, we have conducted approximately 100 high-quality workshops based on the core human values - Love, Truth, Non-Violence, Right Action, and Peace. These workshops have had profound impacts in students' lives. We have observed that students witness enhanced confidence, self-esteem, social skills, creativity, and tolerance towards others.
Hope B~Lit is a non-profit organization that operates under the umbrella of Bayfield Foundation, Inc. located in San Diego, CA. Bayfield foundation is a non-profit 501 C (03) organization founded in 1999.

CORE Philosophy
Love is the inherent nature of all creation. Yet it’s a rarity for us to witness in our society today. Modern science has brought a great wealth of knowledge to us revealing our true nature as consciousness and the world as an energetic being where we can create abundance and live in peace. Wisdom is applying this knowledge in our lives.
Quoting Albert Einstein, "The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing." Today we extend a loving hand to you all to join us in this effort to create a peaceful and loving world by nurturing the inherent human values of Love, Peace, Truth, Non-violence and Righteousness which are present at the core of our being.
Our children will determine the future course of this country and the world at large. As we educate our children with the best of the knowledge it is utmost important to create a platform to nourish and provide expression for the inherent human values already present in them. Hope B~Lit is an initiative to empower and motivate children to re-identify themselves with their values and instill self-confidence as they step into the world. This initiative is designed for adaptability in class room settings with creativity at its core.
